Carefully Taught and not for Naught

My parents taught me to respect my elders. I haven’t found many up until now. I am surrounded by some of the most charmingly interesting senior citizens you can imagine.  Former teachers, along with decorated paratroopers and lady fighter plane pilots, can tell some very interesting stories. I will record some and share them later.  These mostly point out how things could be improved, but refrain from complaining. We have number who are nearing 100.  Their lights do shine. I am blessed by just loving them all,(even those who want to be alone).  I have a new life to live and that’s a HOOT, donchaknow.  And that’s w I get from my Box of Chocolates.   AMEN
